The portable ultrasound scanner LOGIQ™ 100 MP, manufactured by GE Medical Systems, is designed for diagnostic examinations of the abdominal cavity and small organs, as well as in obstetrics, gynecology, urology, cardiology, and neonatology, using spherical, linear, and micro-spherical probes. The system provides image creation in B-, M-, dual B-, and combined B/M-modes. It is equipped with cine memory functions for saving (archiving) images with Cine Memory & Image and transferring images to a personal computer (PC Transfer). The correct selection of scanning parameters allows for high-quality images. Diagnostic capabilities are further enhanced by various software packages installed in the system for measurement and calculation of parameters. All probes are high-precision semiconductor matrix devices that allow the electronic system to create images based on signals received from convex, microconvex, and linear receivers. The use of semiconductor digital devices enables the optimization of a wide range of scanning parameters, allowing for images of anatomical structures with clarity, high resolution of small details, excellent dynamic contrast of different tissue types, and high penetration capability. The system has a unique compact design, featuring keys for various diagnostic and preset functions, making it user-friendly and easy to operate.
