Phototherapy (Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation)

UBIultraviolet blood irradiation, a hemocorrection method, which involves the extra- or intracorporeal exposure of blood to optical radiation quanta of the ultraviolet part of the spectrum.

Therapeutic effects:

  • bactericidal
  • anti-inflammatory
  • improved microcirculation
  • increased oxygen capacity of the blood and enhanced oxygen supply to organs and tissues
    • normalization and stimulation of regenerative and metabolic processes
    • stimulation of hematopoiesis and regeneration, improvement of functional properties of erythrocytes

    Indications for use:

    • sepsis
    • acute and chronic purulent-septic complications
    • exogenous intoxications (carbon monoxide poisoning, alcohol, narcotic drugs, etc.)
    • chronic inflammatory diseases (chronic bronchitis, endometritis, sinusitis, etc.)
    • viral infections (herpes, viral pneumonia, viral hepatitis)
  • vessel damage (coronary artery disease, atherosclerosis, obliterative endarteritis)
  • bronchial asthma

as well as for prevention and health improvement.

Laser therapy

Laser therapy is a treatment method that involves the use of light energy from laser radiation for therapeutic purposes. As a result of laser therapy, the cells of the body begin to renew, enzymes are activated, self-regulation mechanisms are triggered, and the natural defenses of the body are enhanced. Under the influence of laser therapy, capillary dilation, tissue nutrition, and acceleration of healing processes in affected areas occur.      Laser Therapy has a beneficial effect on immunity, enhances lymphatic drainage, reduces blood viscosity, lowers cholesterol levels, provides antiviral, antimicrobial, pain-relieving, and anti-allergic effects.      Indications for laser therapy:

  • arthritis, tendinitis, arthrosis, bursitis, synovitis
  • myositis
  • Achillodynia
  • migraine
  • deep hematomas and trophic ulcers

Intravascular laser blood irradiation - (ILBI) - is one of the methods of quantum therapy, which is based on the impact of quantum energy on the blood directly in the vascular bed. The impacting beam is delivered through an optical fiber, which is inserted into a vein using a disposable needle. The pulse is perceived by the photoreceptors of blood cells and vessel walls. As a result, the spasm of vessels and other structures (bronchi, bile ducts) is eliminated.

The effects of LLLT are more pronounced in tissues experiencing a lack of oxygen, as it is in these areas that metabolism is enhanced, and tissue repair processes are activated. Laser exposure to blood cells leads to their activation. The walls of erythrocytes become more elastic, allowing them to penetrate into the smallest capillaries. Changes under the influence of LLLT lead to improved blood fluidity, reduction in cholesterol levels and toxic metabolic products, and a decreased tendency for thrombosis. Activation of leukocyte function promotes the synthesis of antibodies and interferon, intensification of phagocytosis, and improvement of the immune system condition. Thanks to the laser's ability to reduce the sensitivity of pain receptors and decrease tissue edema, ILIB provides good analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
