A dietary supplement based on magnesium bisglycinate, a source of magnesium in an organic form with high bioavailability, where magnesium is bound to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. Enriched with vitamin B6 and selenium, which provide supportive effects.
Magnesium is involved in cell division processes and contributes to electrolyte balance, protein synthesis, and normal muscle function. In combination with vitamin B6, it supports the normal functioning of the nervous system, maintains psychological functions, promotes energy metabolism, and helps reduce fatigue and tiredness.
