Indications
Used for depressive disorders, often with anxiety and sleep disturbances.
Method of Administration and Dosage
• Tablets are taken orally by adults, whole, without chewing, with a sufficient amount of water.
• It is best taken before bedtime.
• Initial dose: approximately 50-100 mg in the evening.
• Standard dose: 75-150 mg/day once in the evening.
• If necessary, the dose can be increased to 300 mg/day, divided into two doses.
• For inpatient treatment: up to 600 mg/day as decided by the doctor.
• For the elderly or weakened: starting dose ~100 mg/day, then adjusted.
Contraindications and Precautions
• Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
• Heart diseases (e.g., arrhythmias), liver/kidney failure — caution required.
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding period.
• Not intended for children and adolescents (under 18) without clear indication.
Side Effects
Possible drowsiness, dizziness, low blood pressure, nausea, sleep disturbances, rare — cardiac reactions, priapism.
