TOXIC NECKLACE OF THE DNIEPER

```html
“No man is an Island,
entire of itself,
every man is a piece of the Continent,
a part of the main; if a clod be washed away by the sea,
Europe is the less,
as well as if a promontory were,
as well as if a manor of thy friend’s or of thine own were: any man’s death diminishes me,
because I am involved in mankind,
and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.”
Ernest Hemingway
IN A COCOON
...I see the city in a "cocoon" of poisonous cloud every day,
```
когда еду в клинику из Песчанки...

...Dnipro is a "cancerous city"...
city of premature deaths in children and adults...
And we are all hostages of brutal blood business...
and consequently: oncology,
lung diseases,
heart attacks and strokes...

Owners of factories,
killing us (all live in London,
on the Côte d'Azur,
in Switzerland or Israel),
profit from the sale of metallurgical products and raw materials,
the same factories recycle harmful waste,
they open hospitals for cancer patients and profit from everything related to drugs and diagnostics...
then people die - these same businessmen make money on crematoriums and funeral homes...
all that's left is to use the ashes from burning bodies for agriculture...
and...
the cycle will be complete...

CANCER CITY

Our city stretches along the Dnipro,
and if you look from a bird's eye view counterclockwise - it is surrounded by dozens of powerful industrial enterprises...

These are metallurgical and coke-chemical plants, facilities for battery manufacturing and disposal, a huge complex related to rocket engineering and rocket engine testing, tire production, a CHP plant... In these hard-to-reach areas, recycling thrives at full speed—in the best case, tires and plastics, but also much more that we are not even aware of...

You have probably noticed that the smell varies and is not the same every day...

Everything is very simple - your sensations depend on the direction of the wind: the northern winds cover the central part, and the southern ones - accordingly, the opposite parts of the city.

The western and eastern winds bring us other "aromas", depending on which factory they come from...

Why do not everyone perceive this issue with their olfactory receptors?

Firstly, the sense of touch varies for everyone

Secondly, there is such a phenomenon,

как привыкание рецепторов

thirdly,
indeed,
there are places in the city with good "ventilation",
where this problem is felt to a lesser extent...

Why is this problem often "invisible"?

First...
When a person is inside the cloud,
indeed,
the problem may not be seen - only from a distance of tens of kilometers,
when you enter the city,
you can see the notorious "cocoon" of brown-yellow color.

Second...

Enterprises primarily make emissions at night, so in the morning only remnants of "luxury" are visible...

What is the essence of the medical aspect of this problem?

In brief:

1.
This is the direct impact of toxic substances in the air,
which interfere with all biochemical processes in the body and,
as a result,
the immune and nervous systems suffer with all the ensuing consequences: viral diseases,
allergic conditions,
pneumonia,
infertility,
cancer...

2. This is a lack of oxygen in the air,
i.e.,
a person develops a state of chronic hypoxia,
which leads to a wide range of cardiovascular pathologies (strokes,
heart attacks),
lung diseases...

And this is just the tip of the iceberg...

It must be acknowledged that the problem exists and affects all residents of Dnipro, and it needs to be addressed systematically,
collaborating with city authorities,
revising legislation related to ecology,

purchasing professional air monitoring equipment and demanding that production owners stay within the legal framework. Only constructive dialogue can lead to tangible results...

Behind the scenes, we have no less "alarming" issues with drinking water and the poisoning of the Dnieper River, soil pollution, "ruined" city water supply and sewage systems, and food quality control.

The truly discouraging situation is that
что именно сочетание и длительное воздействие всех этих факторов и приводит к непоправимым последствиям...

NOT FISH,
FISH ARE MUTE

We try to buy and drink purified water,
hunt for natural products,
further purify and humidify the air with special devices,
try to wear clothes made from natural fabrics,
wash our clothes with organic household chemicals,
brush our teeth with fluoride-free toothpaste,
use deodorants without aluminum...
All of this can be purchased...

But how to breathe ...???? !!!!!!!
If we are forced to stay and work in the city...
we cannot buy air!!!

Not everyone can move out of the city...and that's an axiom!
And even those,
who live outside the city - still come for some time: go to work,
bring their children to schools...

It's a trap!!!
A trap for everyone!!!

We are not FISH - for us to live,
air is necessary...
to breathe ...just to breathe...
we can somehow cope with everything else...

We are not slaves, slaves are not us — a phrase from the first Soviet alphabet...
The phrase is a verbal palindrome,
meaning it can be read both left to right
and by words,
right to left.
Moreover,
the phrase can be written in two ways: “We are not slaves,
slaves are not us” and “We are not slaves,
slaves are mute” — meaning we are not slaves because
we are not mute...

BUT WE ARE FISH,
we manage without air,
and also WE ARE MUTE,
which means WE ARE SLAVES!
Apologies for the verbal pun...

Apologies...
Patience is a slave mentality,

свойственная не людям, а FISH or

S L A V E S!!!

7 years have passed,
what has changed?
