1. Stool in the toilet for bowel cleansing.

Incorrect posture during defecation complicates daily bowel cleansing,
leading to constipation and incomplete evacuation.

All you need to do is place a small stool in front of the toilet,
which will serve as a footrest.

Without a stool: the rectum is constricted by the puborectalis muscle,
which significantly hinders bowel evacuation.
Often,
after using the toilet, some fecal matter remains inside.
With a stool: the body's position mimics the natural squat posture - as intended by nature.
Sit on the toilet,
place your feet on a stool,
and lean your torso slightly forward.
In this position, nothing obstructs bowel evacuation,
all waste is removed easily,
quickly, and completely.

2.
Lemon water in the morning for bowel cleansing.

The first thing to do upon waking up is to drink 1 glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon.
If lemon juice causes you discomfort in your stomach,

The higher the proportion of fresh plant-based foods in your daily diet,
the lower the likelihood of constipation,
and the cleaner your intestines.
Fresh vegetables and fruits are essential for the normal functioning of the intestines for several reasons:* Contain fiber.
Fiber is not directly absorbed by our body,
but it serves as nourishment for beneficial intestinal microflora and inhibits the growth of pathogenic bacteria,
which are responsible for putrefactive processes and hinder waste removal.
Fiber aids in the elimination of waste,
