organic flaxseed oil, and blueberry paste.
In essence,

HOW TO PREPARE "BUDWIG – GENESIS" PASTE (one serving)
Ingredients:
120-150 g of homemade full-fat cottage cheese,
preferably without granules
2-3 tbsp. of first cold-pressed flaxseed oil
2 tsp. of hemp oil
1/2 tsp. of black cumin oil
3-4 tbsp. of blueberry paste
1-2 tbsp. of crushed nuts: walnut,
hazelnut, or cashew.

Using an immersion blender, whip the cottage cheese with the oils for 5 minutes.
Then add 3 tablespoons of blueberry paste and continue whisking until you get a smooth and airy mass. Serve the resulting mixture in a ramekin, adding a tablespoon of blueberry paste on top and sprinkling with nuts.
Instead of paste, you can add blueberries (fresh or frozen). For an enhanced effect, fresh ground flaxseed can also be added to the ready paste at the rate of 1-2 tablespoons per specified portion.
You can consume this paste once a day instead of breakfast or lunch 5 days a week!
Every 2–3 months it is recommended to replace flaxseed oil with: hemp oil, walnut oil, milk thistle oil, or camelina oil.
