Walks in the fresh air are essential for a child from the first days of life.
Start with 5-10 minutes in winter and 20-25 minutes in summer,
and then double the time every day.
By 2 months, a baby can walk for up to 1.5 hours straight in winter,
and by the age of one, walks should total at least 4 hours per day.
You should avoid going out when it’s below -15 °C, and in strong winds and precipitation.
Remember!
The child in the first year is contraindicated to be under direct sunlight; it must be diffused or reflected.
