Well-being:
1.
It is normal to experience a mild fever for 3-4 days after the surgery.
2.
Temporary disturbances include: discoloration (bruise) and swelling of the tissues in the operated areas,
tissue hardening,
reduced skin sensitivity in certain areas,
limited mobility,
general weakness.
Diet:
1.
Low-sodium diet for 2 weeks.
2.
Drinking kidney herbal tea and green tea.
Compression Garment:
For the prevention of hematoma formation and skin sagging, wearing medical elastic underwear is necessary. For the first 3 weeks, wear the underwear constantly, the next 1.5-2 months - during daytime.
Locally:
Treat the seam area with an antiseptic solution.
Starting from day 3-4 after the operation, apply Lioton-1000 gel and DIPRILIF gel in a thin layer to the bruise area (avoiding the seam area). Rinse off the gel at night with non-alcoholic lotion or water.
Physical activity:
It is recommended to limit physical activity for 1 month.
Physiotherapy procedures:
Starting from the 10th day after the operation, LPG therapy (procedures are conducted weekly for 30 minutes per day, a total of 10 sessions).
Anti-cellulite procedures:
Massage,
peeling,
wraps,
mesotherapy,
electrostimulation no earlier than 3-4 months.
Water procedures:
Sauna,
hot bath are prohibited until all complaints disappear.
After the stitches are removed, a warm shower is allowed.
Sun exposure:
Avoid direct sunlight for 6 months. Use sunscreen with an SPF of 20 or higher.
Prescriptions for the outpatient treatment period:
- Antibiotic therapy for prophylactic purposes
- Pain relief medication as necessary
- Removal of stitches on the 4th-6th day (based on the examining doctor's assessment)
