Recommended:
continuous wearing of compression garments for about a month,
then only daytime wear for another 2 weeks
restriction of physical activities
avoiding visits to baths and saunas
avoid prolonged exposure of the buttocks' skin to direct sunlight
dietary recommendations to include foods with easily digestible proteins (rabbit, poultry, fish, dairy products) and avoidance of fatty, fried, salty foods with spices
abstain from smoking and alcohol consumption for better and faster healing.
