Your well-being:

After surgery, a slight increase in body temperature for 3-4 days is expected.

Temporary issues include: bruises and swelling in the operated areas,
tissue hardening,
decreased skin sensitivity,
limited mobility,
general weakness.
Diet:

Low-salt diet for 2 weeks.

Drinking renal herbal tea and green tea.
Special garments:
For the prevention of hematomas and skin sagging, it is necessary to wear medical elastic garments. During the first 3 weeks, the garments should be worn continuously, and for the next 1.5-2 months, they should be worn during the daytime.
Hematoma Area (Bruise):
Starting from day 3-4 after surgery, apply Lioton-1000 gel to the bruised area (rinse off at night with an alcohol-free lotion or water).
Physical Activity:
Physical activity should be limited for the first month.
Physiotherapy Procedures:
From the 10th day after the surgery - LPG therapy (procedures are carried out daily for 30 minutes, total of 10 sessions).
