Your well-being:
Temporary side effects include: bruising,
swelling of the tissues around the eyes,
reduced skin sensitivity,
weakness.
Diet:
1.
Low-salt diet for 2 weeks.
2.
Drink kidney tea and green tea.
Sleep:
For 2 weeks, you should sleep on three or more pillows – this will help reduce swelling and pain.
You can sleep on your side,
but make sure to keep your head elevated (the head should be higher than the heart).
What not to do:
1.
Do not use aspirin and medications containing it,
in the course of 2 weeks.
2.
Exclude vitamin E for 1 month.
3.
Do not smoke.
4.
Do not consume alcohol,
including wine and beer,
for 48 hours after surgery.
5.
Do not drive for 48 hours after surgery,
as sedative drugs,
used for anesthesia,
impair coordination.
6.
Do not use cosmetics for 10 days.
7.
Sauna is prohibited until all symptoms disappear.
Locally: treat the sutures area with an antiseptic solution.
Water procedures:
1.
Умываться холодной водой через 2 недели после операции.

Physical activity:
Physical activity should be limited for 1 month.
Sun exposure:
Avoid direct sunlight.
Use sunscreen with SPF 20 or higher.
Prescription for the outpatient treatment period:
1. Antibiotic therapy for preventive purposes.
2. Painkillers as needed.
3. Microcurrent lymphatic drainage from the 6th day after surgery (25-30 minutes 2-3 times a week, total of 10 sessions).
4. Removal of stitches on the 4th-6th day (based on the attending doctor's examination).
