Your well-being:
1.
It is expected to have a temperature increase for 7-10 days after the surgery.
2.
For 10-12 days,
and sometimes even longer,
a feeling of slight chills may occur.
3.
Swelling reaches its peak on the 2nd-3rd day,
and in some cases can persist for up to 6 weeks.
Diet:
1.
Salt-free diet for 2 weeks.
2.
Drinking kidney tea and green tea.
Physical activity:
Avoid excessive activity,
straining, and bending the body for 1 month.
Social activity should be limited for about 14 days after the surgery.
Sleep:
For 2 weeks, sleep on three or more pillows - this will help reduce swelling and soreness.
You can sleep on your side if it is more comfortable for you,
but keep your head elevated (above the level of your heart).
What not to do:
1.
Do not use aspirin and medications containing it for 2 weeks.
2.
Do not use vitamin E (in therapeutic doses) for 1 month.
3.
Do not consume alcohol,
including wine and beer, within 48 hours after the operation.
4.
Do not drive within 72 hours after the operation,
as sedative medications
used for anesthesia
impair coordination.
Hematoma area (bruise):
Apply Lioton 1000 gel to the hematoma area until it disappears (wash off with alcohol-free lotion or water at night).
Water procedures:
Warm shower - with doctor's permission.
Sauna,
hot bath are prohibited until all complaints disappear.
Mandatory:
Wearing compression garments for a period of up to 1-1.5 months.
Prescription for the outpatient treatment period:
- Antibiotic therapy for preventive purposes.
- Painkillers as needed.
- Suture care - 10-12 days.
