4.
Dynamic ultrasound examination of follicle growth and endometrium,
as well as determining the presence of echo signs of ovulation.
5.
Biochemical tests for ovulation.
6.
Determination of levels of pituitary hormones (FSH,
LH,
prolactin),
ovarian hormones (estradiol and progesterone), and thyroid hormones (TSH,
T3, T4,
antibodies to thyroglobulin and thyroid peroxidase).
7.
Determination of fallopian tube patency (using ultrasound).
8.
Investigation for infectious factors.
For the man:
1.
Examination and consultation with an andrologist.
2.
Study of qualitative and quantitative sperm parameters — (spermogram) MAR-test.
3.
Determination of hormone levels in the pituitary gland (LH, FSH, and Prolactin) and
testes (testosterone).
