cutting food into small pieces
▪️ psychological discomfort after eating

▪️ pursuit of increased physical activity
▪️ selection of loose baggy clothes (to hide imagined excess weight)
▪️ fanatical thinking,
aggression in defense of one's beliefs
▪️ tendency to avoid society
