- Research on the development of an anti-cancer vaccine has been ongoing since the 1970s.
Even then a microorganism, named in Latin "bacillus megatherium N,"
was isolated in the bodies of animals.
In its properties, it is very similar to a tumor cell.
We began to search for substances
that would inhibit the development of the microbe.
And we isolated a saprophytic (that is, harmless,
non-disease causing) microorganism from the air,
which inhibited the development of this "bacillus."

Первые положительные результаты были получены на мышах еще 30 лет назад.
Если животное прививали данной вакциной,
а затем вводили раковые клетки,
то в 80-100% они "не цеплялись" в организм.
Тогда же,
по решению Президиума ученого совета Минздрава СССР,
было разрешено использовать эту вакцину в терапии людей.
Результаты,
кстати,
были очень хорошие.
