- In the presence of infectious diseases, when visiting a hospital or clinic may increase the risk of infecting others.
- For children or elderly people whose visit to a medical facility may be difficult due to age-related factors or their health condition.
- When home treatment is required, for example, with the use of inhalers or other specialized devices.

- Pharmacy expenses (infusions, treatment) and transportation — charged according to actual costs.
