DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contributes to the normal functioning of the brain, helps maintain visual functions, and, in combination with EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), supports cardiovascular health (a positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA or a combination of DHA+EPA).
