INDICATIONS
Local treatment of pain and inflammation of rheumatic or traumatic origin in joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the excipients. Contraindicated for children and adolescents under 14 years. Patients who have experienced asthma attacks, urticaria, or acute rhinitis after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs. Third trimester of pregnancy.
METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE
• Adults (18+): Apply the gel 3–4 times a day, gently rubbing into the affected area. The amount depends on the area: 3–5 pumps are sufficient for 400–800 cm². Wash hands after application.
• Adolescents (14–18 years): Same as adults. Consult a doctor if use is needed for more than 7 days.
• Children under 14 years: Contraindicated due to insufficient safety and efficacy data.
• Elderly: Standard adult dosage.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Keep away from heat sources and open flames.
WARNINGS
Systemic side effects are possible with prolonged use on large skin areas. Do not apply to damaged skin or open wounds. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not ingest. Discontinue use if a skin rash occurs. The product contains propylene glycol, which may cause local skin reactions. Use with a non-occlusive bandage is permitted. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.
INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEDICINES
Unlikely due to low systemic absorption.
SIDE EFFECTS
• Rare: rash, eczema, dermatitis, itching.
• Very rare: hypersensitivity, angioneurotic edema, asthma, photosensitivity.
• Unknown frequency: burning, dry skin.
Reporting side effects is recommended to monitor the risk/benefit ratio.
PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING
• Pregnancy: Contraindicated in the 3rd trimester. In the 1st and 2nd trimesters, use only if absolutely necessary, in minimal doses and for the shortest duration.
• Breastfeeding: Permissible with caution and only on a doctor's recommendation. Do not apply to the breast or large skin areas.
