Recipe: In a 3-liter container, pour 200 ml of natural water, gradually add the mixture, and knead thoroughly until smooth. The dough should be "stiff" to roll out the flatbreads well. Roll out thin flatbreads from a small amount of dough and bake on a hot skillet without oil, flipping from one side to the other for 3 minutes until golden brown. Remove the flatbreads, place them on a plate, immediately add the filling, and fold the flatbread in half while it's hot.
Filling: Mash the cheese well, add salt, finely chop dill, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, one clove of garlic, and mix. Spread on the flatbread, fold in half. The pita is ready. Serve with vegetables.
Pumpkin filling: Grate the pumpkin, stew it, add sugar and nuts. Place on the flatbread, roll into a roll, heat in the oven, and serve with sour cream.
