The family's favorite soup, which is easy to prepare, delicious, and healthy. Our ancestors loved buckwheat, and festive tables were always filled with buckwheat dishes: soups, dumplings, pancakes, porridge, loaves of bread, and buckwheat patties.
Recipe: In a 3-liter pot, pour in a washed package of buckwheat, add a whole onion, and cook on low heat until the buckwheat is ready—about 15 minutes. Add finely chopped potatoes, sea salt, a mix of natural spices, and dried dill, and cook for another 10 minutes. Grate one carrot on a fine grater, sauté it in sunflower oil, and add it at the end for a nice golden color.
