Traditionally, the dish "Festive Kulesh" made from spring wheat was prepared for holidays. We have the opportunity to revive the tradition and taste this healthy, juicy product in its original form, as our grandmothers prepared it. Spring wheat has excellent properties as a stress-relieving agent and a natural antibiotic. Thanks to vitamin PP, it easily removes fats, restores blood formula, and enriches the body with folic acid, which is important for women during pregnancy. Poppy seeds effectively restore the gastrointestinal tract and have antiparasitic properties. Dried grapes are a good remedy for cardiovascular diseases and for boosting immunity.
Recipe: In the evening or 1.5–2 hours before consumption, rinse a package of kulesh with water, pour it into a thermos, add salt, and pour 300 ml of boiling water over it. In the morning, strain through a sieve. The kulesh is ready to eat. You can add honey and walnuts to taste.
