People who have diabetes can now enjoy the taste of real bread and restore their strength. The mix is made from millet, buckwheat, and rye. It is easily digested by the pancreas since these plant-based ingredients do not contain sugar. The bread mix contains only natural components.

In a container with a volume of at least two liters, pour 250 ml of natural water or whey, add one-third of the bread mix, and mix thoroughly. Gradually add the remaining mix and knead completely. Form the dough into small loaves (moisten hands with oil) weighing from 50 to 90 g, portioning with a tablespoon.
Place on an oiled baking sheet, cross them, and put them in a preheated oven. Bake at a temperature of 180-200 °C for 15 minutes, then turn them over and bake for another 15 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with water, place on a plate, and cover with a towel.
