The program includes advanced laboratory diagnostics, kidney ultrasound with blood flow assessment, and consultations with specialized doctors. The examination allows evaluation of the kidney’s filtration function, detection of inflammatory processes, mineral metabolism disorders, presence of stones, cysts, and other changes even before the appearance of pronounced symptoms. Such a check-up is especially important in cases of high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, edema, lower back pain, changes in urine tests, or a hereditary predisposition to kidney diseases.

- Layer differentiation (preserved / blurred)
- Parenchymal echogenicity (normal / increased)
- Pelvicalyceal system / renal pelvis / calyces (normal / dilated)
- Presence of calculi (description, size)
- Mass lesions / cysts (description)
- Kidney mobility during respiration
- Vmax in the renal artery (right/left kidney, cm/s)
- Resistance index RI (right/left kidney)
