How to use
1. Securing the belt
Choose the desired area and fasten the belt using the reliable Velcro straps.
2. Connecting power
Plug the device into an outlet with an adapter or connect it to a power bank.
Connect the control panel to the belt.
3. Turning on
Press the power button—the red indicator will light up.
By default, the device starts at the minimum power level.
4. Adjusting intensity
Use the "+" and "–" buttons to select one of the 4 intensity levels.
The current level is displayed on the screen.
5. Setting the timer
Press the button with the clock symbol and select the session duration (from 5 to 30 minutes).
After the set time ends, the belt will automatically turn off.
6. Ending the session
Turn off the device, disconnect the power cable, and store the belt in a dry, clean place.
