How to use
1. Belt fixation
Select the desired area and secure the belt using reliable Velcro.
2. Connecting power
Connect the device to an outlet via an adapter or to a power bank.
Connect the control panel to the belt.
3. Turning on
Press the power button — the red indicator will light up.
By default, the device starts at the minimum power level.
4. Intensity adjustment
Use the "+" and "–" buttons to select one of the 4 intensity levels.
The current level is displayed on the screen.
5. Timer setting
Press the button with the clock symbol and select the session duration (from 5 to 30 minutes).
At the end of the set time, the belt will automatically turn off.
6. Ending the session
Turn off the device, disconnect the power cable, and store the belt in a dry, clean place.
